How many people does each pie serve?

Our recommendations:

small – up to 1 person

medium – up to 1 person

large – up to 2 people

extra large – up to 4/6 people

How long will my pie last?

Our pies can be stored in the fridge up to 5 days from the delivery date. Alternatively they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

when freezing – Leave in the greaseproof bag and defrost in the fridge overnight

what size are your pies?

small – 5oz

medium – 8oz

large – 1lb

extra large – 1.5lb

Are your pies delivered cooked or frozen?

All of our pies are baked fresh the day before delivery (Wednesday).

How do I reheat my pie?

Reheat your pies in the oven. Internal temperature needs to reach 75C/165F as measured by a food probe in several spots.
Reheating from frozen – we recommend to defrost your pies before reheating.

Small Pies
To warm up a small pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes.

Samosas / Bhajis
To warm up a samosas/bhajis, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes.

Medium Pies
To warm up a medium pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 15-20 minutes.

Large Pies
To warm up a large pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.

Extra Large Pies
To warm up an extra large pie pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.

Pasty’s and Sausage rolls
To warm up a pasty or sausage roll, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 15-20 minutes.

Allergies & Dietary requirements

Are any of your pies dairy free?

All of our products are dairy free unless it states that there is cheese in the name.

our chicken pies, are also not dairy free.

However, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contamination

Are any of your products Gluten free?

Unfortunately we don’t offer any gluten free options at this time.

Do you cater to food allergies?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cater for food allergies. As a small family business, we don’t have the facilities or equipment needed to prevent cross-contamination, so we can’t guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens.

When do you deliver?

We deliver every Thursday.

You can collect pies from our chalet on Wednesdays & Fridays

When at checkout, choose which Thursday you would like to receive your pies on our caladner.

How are my pies packaged?

We’re proud to be working with local family business Puffin Packaging who supplies us with fully recyclable, temperature controlled packaging. Our pies are freshly baked and packed into paper bags which are then placed in our new cardboard boxes with wool insulation liners and ice packs to last for over 48 hours.
Please add any gift messages you’d like us to place within the parcel in the notes section at the checkout.

Can I track my parcel?

You will receive an email and a text message from DPD/Royal Mail once your order has been booked in for delivery by us.

What happens if I entered the incorrect address?

Our courier will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder Postcode Finder – Find an address │ Royal Mail Group Ltd or call 01274 673664.

Returns & refunds

What happens if my pie arrives damaged?

In the first instance, please get in touch with DPD or Royal Mail, as they may be able to assist with the issue. If you’re unable to resolve it with them, please send us a photo of the damaged pie as you received it as proof, and we’ll be happy to reach a solution.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available if your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will require photographic proof before we can process a refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Dissatisfaction with the size of the product, as all sizes are clearly stated before purchase.
  • Delivery charges.
