Our Cheese & Onion Quiche is a comforting favourite that brings together caramelised onions and a blend of mature cheeses in a golden, handmade pastry case. To warm up a large pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.
To this day all the pies are still handmade on the original premises in Shelf, Halifax, West Yorkshire and use the finest ingredients.
