Order processing

SCRATCHINGS and CHUTNEYS (non perishable):
We’ll process and send your order for delivery in 1-3 working days. If you require delivery on a certain day please leave a note at the checkout or email sales@crustypie.co.uk for assistance. We use DHL or Royal Mail services.

PIES, PASTIES, SAMOSAS, SAUSAGE ROLLS (perishable):
We aim to post on the next available PIE DELIVERY DATE unless specified otherwise in EXPECTED DELIVERY dropdown menu at the CHECKOUT. We process all online PIE ORDERS and reply to emails on MONDAYS only.

Delivery

Online orders are freshly baked and sent out on Wednesdays for delivery on Thursdays/Fridays delivered by DHL courier service. If you have a preferred delivery week in mind please choose from EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY dropdown menu at the CHECKOUT.

19th-20th December (Christmas)

DHL provides a 1h window in the morning on delivery day. If no one is in, they will aim to leave safe or with a neighbour, instead of redelivering because of the nature of the product. Please make sure to add a preferable safe place at Checkout in case nobody is in to accept your parcel.
97% of deliveries arrive within 24h of dispatch, however our pies are sent out in polystyrene boxes with dry ice to last for over 48 hours.
Please note that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Local orders

Orders can be collected from our bakery on Fridays. Please add collection date in order notes at the Checkout.

Packaging

We send out our pies in polystyrene boxes with bubble wrap and dry ice to last for over 48 hours.
You are welcome to add a customised message to your order. Please add it at the CHECKOUT.

Tracking

You will receive an email and a text message from DHL once your order has been booked in for delivery by us.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses
Our courier will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call 01274 673664.
