Had my first visit yesterday; to order my Father’s Day Pie and beer box set! Whilst there we indulged in some pies and brownies 😊 Well….the Pork Pie with Pickle and topped with Wensleydale cheese is out of this world 🤤 My husband really enjoyed the pork pie with black pudding; “amazing” was his exact description. The steak and ale was crammed with great sized pieces of melt in your mouth Steak. BUT the cherry on top was the Nutella Brownie and Chocolate flapjack…I’ve tried various types of brownies and flapjacks but these were astounding and delicious. I’m buying them again when I pick my order up Saturday 😊👍🏻💯🌟

These have to be the best ever pies and sausage rolls and flapjack and brownies EVER im so glad we have found this lovely company on our doorstep and that delivers to it has been a god send during my shielding ever so polite and friendly and nothing is to much trouble an absolute 5 star company with 10 starred products!! I moved from Yorkshire 45 years ago and ‘down South’ they can’t make proper pork pies ! the meat is grey and the pastry is soggy but people here don’t know any better ! I found your website and from ordering to delivery it took only 4 days to open a perfectly packaged delight of your goodies. We nearly cried when we tasted your pie…heaven… then more to come…the pastries were delicious and enormous !! We were able to cut each portion into three and don’t get me started on the pork scratchings ! This has made ‘lockdown’ bearable and we will certainly be ordering more. Keep up the good work, just wish we had heard of you sooner .I will attach a photo and will be ordering again very soon. Thank you x

Yesterday we called on our daily walk, you’d already packed away for the day but that didn’t matter you were still happy to servere us thank you.
This is the first time we have tried your pies & OMG they were delicious we had steak & ale & meat & potato so much meat in them, you also threw in a slice of browine too which was also amazing.

I have now ordered 2 fathers day hampers.

Visited the pop up shop and it couldn’t have been better organised with regard to social distancing, the pies, chutney and desserts I bought were all absolutely stunning!! Really tasty!! Great offers – I will be back!!

The Crusty Pie Company Halifax Yorkshire Father’s Day 21st June 2020 approached. Given The Covid 19 Rules and Regulations eldest daughter in Yorkshire knew she couldn’t join her ageing dad in Wiltshire so wanted to give him a special Father’s Day present. Step forward The Crusty Pie Company Halifax and their Hampers. A very challenging selection as Wiltshire was the home of pig breeding with bacon and pie factories years ago, sadly all gone. Delivery first class, well packed in sturdy polystyrene crate, lined with ice sheets parcel arrived chilled. WOW Pork Pies, Samosas, Large Sausage Roll, Steak Pie, Pasty, Mango Chutney and lovely Pork Scratchings. Enjoyed every item, these piggie pies are hand-made epicurean delights. Pork pies hand made well filled with meat very little jelly highly recommended. The steak pie was filled with real tender beef delicious. Would love to try again, when lockdown ends will travel north to visit this Glorious Yorkshire Emporium. Dariusdave Travel Scribe

Wonderful service matched by a delicious, unique pie experience. Without delving into the detail The Crusty Pie went above and beyond to deliver a personalised 70th birthday pie for my Dad within good time. The pie was a wild boar pie and sharing my Dad’s love of such a culinary treat I can say that it was utterly delicious with plenty to go around (and more, we had it for leftovers the next day too) and very well appreciated by my Dad. Strongly recommend the The Crusty Pie Company and I will be using them again.
