BBQ Pulled Pork Pie
Tender, slow-cooked pork loin, shredded and coated in a smoky, tangy barbecue sauce. The sauce, rich with molasses, vinegar, and spices, seeps into the meat, creating a deep, bold flavour. Encased in hot water pastry, the pie offers a perfect contrast of flaky crust and juicy, saucy filling.

To warm up a large pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.
To this day all the pies are still handmade on the original premises in Shelf, Halifax, West Yorkshire and use the finest ingredients.
