Beef Madras Pie
A bold twist on a classic pie. Tender, slow-cooked beef is simmered in a rich Madras-style curry sauce, packed with warming spices, tomatoes, garlic, and a gentle chilli heat. The filling is wrapped in our distinctive yellow pastry, lightly spiced and baked until crisp and flaky, creating a vibrant crust that perfectly complements the deep, aromatic flavours inside.

To warm up a large pie, place it in a preheated oven (170°C or gas mark 4) for 20-25 minutes.
To this day all the pies are still handmade on the original premises in Shelf, Halifax, West Yorkshire and use the finest ingredients.

All pies have a minimum shelf life of 5 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
